How it works

Your own SRT server on the internet — ready in 3 minutes.

Create a free account, buy a package and you get your own virtual server with a fixed IP address. You send your stream to it once, and send its address to the people who should receive it — up to 10 of them can connect at the same time.

Create a free account

Register at app.srtcloud.eu. New users receive a coupon to try the 3-day package.

02

Buy your own server

Choose 3, 10 or 30 days and pay by card (or redeem the coupon). Your own virtual server with a fixed IP address starts automatically and is ready in 2–3 minutes.

03

Send your stream

Point your source — a hardware encoder, a camera with SRT, OBS or vMix — to the server's IN address, for example srt://your-ip:9100. You send the stream only once, with the upload bandwidth of one stream.

04

Send the OUT address to your receivers

Give the OUT address, for example srt://your-ip:9202, to the people who should receive your stream. They open it in their decoder or player — up to 10 at the same time. You decide how many may connect: 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10.

05

Watch it in the console

See who is connected and how healthy the signal is: bitrate, RTT, packet loss, buffer — live.

The three SRTCloud packages: 3 days 25 EUR, 10 days 50 EUR, 30 days 100 EUR
Step 2 in the console: choose a package, pay by card or redeem a coupon — the server starts automatically.

Without a distribution server

Multiple encoder outputs, more uplink bandwidth, more coordination, more failure points at the source location.

With SRTCloud

Automatic server creation, one dedicated server IP, one source-side contribution feed, cloud-based redistribution and centralized monitoring.

Why SRTCloud

Built for live video — from OB vans to independent streamers.

Broadcaster, production company, event organiser, church, school or a streamer with your own show: if the same live stream has to reach several places, SRTCloud receives it once and sends it on to up to 10 SRT destinations. The server, SRT software and included traffic are part of the package, so you can focus on the show instead of the infrastructure.

Monitoring and control

Know whether the feed is healthy before someone calls.

SRTCloud is more than a forwarding URL. The service is intended to give operators a clear view of input status, destination status and transport metrics used in real broadcast workflows.

The SRTCloud console

Everything about your server on one screen.

SRT input and output addresses, live telemetry (RTT, packet loss and drops, receive buffer, bitrate), the performance graph and the state of all 10 outputs — plus Reset Drop/Loss and Restart Server when you need them.

You control who receives

Exactly as many receivers as you expect.

  • Choose the number of outputs. In Edit Setup you set how many receivers may connect at the same time — 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 — and the IN and OUT ports. If you expect four receivers, set four: when they are connected, nobody else can take a free place.
  • See who is connected. At the bottom of the console, Live connections shows every output: connected or free, and the IP address and port of each receiver — so you always know who is taking your stream.
  • Change it any time. Save & Restart applies the new setup in seconds.

Your source, your choice

Send from any SRT source.

Anything that can send an SRT stream can feed your own SRTCloud server — a production truck, a hardware encoder, a camera with built-in SRT or a laptop.

Send the programme feed out of the truck, gallery or studio as one SRT stream and deliver it to every broadcaster, rights holder and partner.

Hardware encoders

Professional SRT encoders, for example AJA HELO, send straight to the IN address of your server. Set the encoder to SRT caller mode and you are live.

Cameras with built-in SRT

Camcorders that stream SRT themselves need no encoder at all — a Sony camcorder with built-in SRT streaming sends directly to your SRTCloud server.

Software & laptops

OBS, vMix or FFmpeg on a laptop or PC — enter the IN address as the SRT output and start streaming.

Receive anywhere

Your receivers need only the OUT address.

Send the OUT address of your server to the people who should receive your stream. They can watch or take it on a phone, a computer or a professional decoder — up to 10 at the same time.

Use cases

For anyone who needs a live feed in several places.

Sports eventsOne feed from the venue to every rights holder and broadcaster.
OB van contributionSend the programme out of the truck as a single SRT stream.
Remote productionFeed remote galleries and production hubs over the internet.
MCR distributionDeliver to master control rooms and playout centres.
Rights-holder feedsGive each rights holder a clean feed with its own output.
Temporary event distributionRent a server for 3, 10 or 30 days — only when you need it.

Satellite alternative

Satellite-style distribution without booking satellite capacity.

For many suitable live workflows, SRTCloud can replace or complement traditional satellite distribution. The source sends an internet-based SRT contribution feed, and the cloud server handles delivery to the required destinations.

FAQ

Answers to common questions.

What is SRTCloud?

SRTCloud lets you choose a package and automatically create a cloud-based SRT distribution server with its own IP address. You send one contribution feed into it and deliver that feed to multiple configured destinations.

How fast can I start?

The service is designed so a registered user can create a server and begin configuring SRT distribution in about 2-3 minutes after selecting a package.

How many destinations can receive my stream?

A server can distribute the stream to up to 10 destinations, depending on package and configuration.

Can I use SRTCloud for my own live streams?

Yes. SRTCloud works for anyone who sends a live stream over SRT — broadcasters, production companies, event organisers, churches, schools or individual streamers. It is not a video portal: it receives your SRT stream and forwards it to the destinations you choose, and your viewers watch on your own platform or player.

Can it replace satellite?

For many suitable event and broadcast workflows, SRTCloud can replace or complement satellite distribution. The right choice depends on production requirements and network conditions.

Do I need to buy or configure a separate server?

No. The server is created by SRTCloud when you select a package. You do not need to buy hosting elsewhere, install server software or prepare the machine manually.

Can I extend my server?

Yes. When you extend your server, the purchased number of days is added to the current server duration and the package traffic is added to the server traffic allowance.

Ready to distribute your next live feed?

Choose a package, get a dedicated server IP in minutes, send one SRT stream, and deliver it to up to 10 destinations.
